    In 2017, Matt embarked on his journey with Bridgend College, assuming the role of Vice Principal and Director of Engage Training in 2023. With a rich background in education and training, Matt has held various positions across multiple organisations throughout his career.

    Head of Part Time Delivery & Commercial Activity

    Helen is a seasoned Head of Part-time Delivery and Commercial Activity, bringing extensive experience in education management to our team. With a strong emphasis on strategic business planning and a commitment to excellence, Helen is dedicated to driving success for Engage, our partners, and customers.

  • Angela Palmer

    Senior Business Coordinator

    Angela is the Internal Quality Assurance Lead (IQA) overseeing all part-time courses. She has played a key role in developing and coordinating courses for Community College and commercial NVQs at Bridgend College. With over two decades of experience in education, Angela has served as a tutor and provided business support. She is deeply passionate about her role, driven by the opportunity to share skills and knowledge to help others achieve their goals.

    Evan assumed the position of Business Administration Assistant in 2023. He is dedicated to supporting individuals and businesses on their learning journeys by effectively coordinating training schedules, managing correspondence, and ensuring streamlined operations to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
